The highly anticipated Garena Free Fire OB31 update is ready to hit the global servers today. The new patch brought a slew of new features in Free Fire such as new Nairi character, Yeti pet, Mac 10 weapon, Scooter vehicle and a lot more. To experience all the new features and changes, players must download the latest Free Fire OB31 update from Google Play Store.
However, if one tries to log in to Free Fire, they will most likely encounter an error, “The server will be ready soon.” As a result, the players can’t access the game for a specific period of time.
How to fix ‘The Server will be ready soon’ error in Free Fire
Like always, the game servers are taken down for maintenance for a few hours before the roll-out of any Free Fire major update. With that in mind, the Free Fire will not open from 9:30 AM – 5:15 PM (IST) due to server maintenance.
The officials stated the following via Facebook post:
Get ready for the new update coming soon. Maintenance will begin tomorrow starting at 9:30 am – 5:15 pm (IST). During this time, you will not be able to enter the game during this time but you can continue playing as usual and experience the new patch as soon as you update.
As soon as the maintenance is over, the servers will be resumed again and the players can open the Free Fire game at 5:45 PM IST. The latest Free Fire OB31 update weighs around 418 MB and can be downloaded from Google Playstore and the iOS App Store.

Free Fire OB31 update release date and time
As announced officially, the Free Fire OB31 update will be released on December 1, 2020, at 5:45 PM IST.
The official announcement reads the following:
Await the newest patch right after maintenance ends. After you update the app, you may try the new features such as the new weapon, advanced weapons, and a more fun Training Map! Don’t forget that maintenance will end at 5:45 pm IST!
