To get the Omni-Ubiquity Net gadget in Genshin Impact, players have to complete the World Quest “Omni-Ubiquity Net.” Once that is done, players have to go and talk to the NPC called Wakamurasaki to obtain the Omni-Ubiquity Net gadget. 

Keep in mind the Omni-Ubiquity Net is an exhaustible gadget. Each week, you can get five Omni-Ubiquity Net gadgets from Wakamurasaki for 10,000 Mora each.

Also, to get the Omni-Ubiquity Net world quest, players have to complete the Bantan Sango Case Files: The Warrior Dog event. 

So your first goal should be completing the different segments of the Bantan Sango Case Files: The Warrior Dog event. Once you are done with the entire event, you will automatically get the Omni-Ubiquity Net world quest. 

Complete it, and then you can capture the different Critters and Animals using the Omni-Ubiquity Net gadget and keep them in your Serenitea Pot.
