A couple of months back we have reported that Avernum 2: Crystal Souls, the classic role playing game developed by Spiderweb Software, has been briefly available on the App Store but was soon removed after the team discovered a critical issue which happened on the iOS 8.3 version.

Those who haven’t been able to purchase the game in the very short time it was available will be happy to know that Avernum 2: Crystal Souls is now available for purchase again on the App Store. Not only the issues have been fixed but also Spiderweb is back on iOS development in full force following a short period of time when the team was done.

In Avernum 2: Crystal Souls , players will take control of their characters and help the Avernites fight against the tyrannical Empire who threw them into the underworld prison Avernum.

In Avernum 2: Crystal Souls there will be plenty to do. The game includes several quests, a huge world to explore with over 100 towns and dungeons, items to discover, over 60 spells to learn and more. Avernum 2: Crystal Souls is a truly massive game so don’t expect to just complete it in just a few sittings.
