To unlock Yasuo’s Level 3 Ultimate, you will need to give the Philospher a special scroll which can be found in the Grand Library in the Vault of Giants in the Shadow Isles. As all of the shelves are visible in the Library, just examine all of them to find the scroll, and turn Yasuo into an even more deadly swordsman!
