First Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes Shows Battles, Beloved Characters

This article is over 9 years old and may contain outdated information

Electronic Arts has just launched a trailer of its upcoming Star Wars game for the iPhone and iPad, Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. A card collecting RPG title with great graphics and definitely a few twists compared to regular games in the genre, it already looks like a winner and I am sure it will become one of the most popular games on the App Store pretty soon.

The gameplay trailer that you can check out below is short and doesn’t offer a lot, but it shows how the game mechanics will work and confirms that all the main characters from Star Wars will be there (although I didn’t see Yoda yet). Action, explosions and hopefully some strategic choices will be part of the upcoming game.

Check out the just-launched Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes trailer below to know what to expect when the game launches by the end of the year:

We know that the game will feature characters and ships from the prequel movies, the Clone Wars TV series and the classic movie trilogy – but apart from that and the gameplay trailer above, little is known about the game. Guess we’ll have to wait and see!
