Sangonomiya Kokomi is a five-star Hydro element user in Genshin Impact, whose weapon of choice is a Catalyst. She is the Divine Priestess of Watatsumi Island who plays a significant role in the Inazuma storyline.

‘Drifting Luminescence,’ Sangonomiya Kokomi’s character event wish banner, made its debut in the second phase of the Genshin Impact 2.1 update that went live on September 21st, 2021. 

Now, with the Genshin Impact 2.5 Livestream concluded—we finally have official information on the character event wish banners releasing with the version 2.5 update, including the Sangonomiya Kokomi re-run banner.

When is Sangonomiya Kokomi Re-Run Banner Coming Out?

The Sangonomiya Kokomi re-run character event wish banner, ‘Drifting Luminescence,’ will make its official release on March 12th, 2022, during the second phase of the version 2.5 update. 

Kokomi’s banner will run concurrently to the Raiden Shogun’s re-run banner. 

So, once the second phase of the Genshin Impact 2.5 update commences, players can start performing wishes on Sangonomiya Kokomi’s re-run banner. 

Apart from that, Genshin Impact 2.5 update will feature a new archon quest highly focused on Sangonomiya Kokomi, the Enkanomiya, and the danger that looms around the lost land.
