Playing Through the Story

One surefire way to get an alpha Hisuian Zoroark is simply to play through the game’s story. Pretty late in the game, you’ll be tasked with passing Uxie’s trial at Lake Acuity. The first stage of this trial features an alpha Hisuian Zoroark that is just as catchable as any ordinary wild Pokemon.

This might be unintuitive to some players, as the game presents the Zoroark as a scripted boss of sorts and many Pokemon that are featured as bosses—such as the Noble Pokemon—cannot be caught.

If you manage to randomly find an alpha Hisuian Zorua, you can simply evolve it to get a Hisuian Zoroark, as all of the bonuses of alpha Pokemon persist through evolution.

There are three main ways to get an alpha Hisuian Zoroark:
