Completing all Research Tasks and perfecting the entire Pokedex in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, sadly, doesn’t make you earn any special reward, other than the satisfaction of having mastered the game. A little disappointing, considering how much time and effort it takes to accomplish such a monumental task.

Thankfully, you still do get something for perfecting single Pokedex entries. Once the shiny Pokeball icon appears to the right of the Pokemon’s name in the dex, you will get improved shiny odds for that specific Pokemon. The odds become 1/1000, something that makes it much easier to get a shiny variant of any Pokemon roaming the field. It still feels like a consolation prize, but who knows, maybe future updates will introduce some nice rewards for those who manage to become Pokemon Legends: Arceus masters!
