Valorant Won’t Launch After Restarting PC Issue Fix
If Valorant does not start even after you have restarted your computer, then you need to do the following:
1. Try to start the game again, after closing the client through the “Task Manager” (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
2. If it didn’t work, then completely remove the Riot Vanguard anti-cheat. For this, do the following:
- Press the “Windows” key;
- Open “Add or Remove Programs”;
- Search for “Riot Vanguard” and remove it.
3. Completely uninstall the game from your computer. Download the latest version of the game client and install it again.
If the error still occurs, then open the Explorer. Go to the following address: C:\Riot Games\Riot Client\, where you will find a file called “vcruntime140.dll” and rename it (for example, 154 and so on).
