How to Steal the Tank in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Mobile

How to Steal the Tank in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Mobile

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Mobile is very similar to its PC sibling and comes with all the bells and whistles. The game has a plethora of unique weapons, vehicles, and a brilliant open-world map to get completely lost in. There are plenty of vehicles to get around such a vast map such as cars, helicopters, and even literal tanks.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is home to the Rhino, a tank that is quite reminiscent of an M4 Sherman. The Rhino was first added in GTA 3 and has since appeared in every GTA game, except GTA 4 and GTA 5. However, getting your hands on one is not easy. Here’s how you can steal the Tank in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Mobile.

How to Steal the Tank in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Mobile

The Rhino is among the powerful vehicles in GTA Vice City and can take on almost anything in its stride. It is bulletproof and can take all damage except the Police Maverick’s mounted machine gun. However, the Rhino is not fireproof. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Mobile, a particular mission requires you to steal a tank. The mission is called “Sir, Yes Sir!” and is Colonel Cortez’s fourth mission.

In the mission, you need to steal a tank and drive it to a specific location within a fixed amount of time. If the time runs out, the tank will explode, resulting in death. Now, in order to make the tank yours, don’t drive it to the designated location. Instead, drive the tank to one of your houses and park it inside your garage. Exit the tank and walk out of your garage and you will notice the garage door won’t close.

Don’t worry, simply position yourself out of the blast radius and wait for the timer to run out. When the timer eventually runs out, the garage door will close and you will have a fully functional tank as the garage repairs your vehicles to their original conditions.
