How to Get the Sword in Reigns Mobile

Reigns is a strategy video game developed by Nerial and published by Devolver Digital. Set in a fictional medieval world, it places the player in the role of a monarch who rules the kingdom by accepting or rejecting suggestions from advisors.

Initially seeing success on the Windows platform, Reigns Mobile started to gain traction and has a lot of players still hooked to the Tinder-style decision-making for everyday affairs.

Today we will be discussing the Sword in the game, for it is no mere Sword, but the Legendary Excalibur! And here is how to acquire it in Reigns Mobile.

Acquiring Excalibur

Bear in mind that a lot of decisions being displayed here will require some amount of favorable RNG. Also, be warned that this will be spoiler-heavy, so if you wish to not ruin your first-time experience, we recommend you look away.

For those that are still here, this is what should be done, step-by-step.

• When the time comes to follow the dog, do so and he will lead the player to the caravan. For this to happen, generally meeting the Seer a few times is required.
• Upon receiving the option, the Sword will be described to the player as “Bright and Shiny. Forged from Earth with Fire, Water and Acid.”
• After getting this confirmation, the player will have to go to the Pungeon, either with the dog’s help or by themselves.
• There are doors with certain names in the Pungeon. Finding the right one would entail fighting a skeleton first. The Gold Door is what the player should be looking for, so avoid other doors. If there are no Gold Doors, pick the neutral door because that leads to the Gold Door.
• After going through the Gold Door, pick up either the Key or the Torch.
• Continue through till the Earth Door is found. Go through it, then the Fire Door, Water Door and Acid Door, in the same order as the Sword was described in.
• If everything was perfectly followed, the player should see a door with a different symbol on it. Go through it and Excalibur will be in the chest!

Congratulations, you have acquired Excalibur! This Legendary Sword makes dueling a whole lot easier and even persists through the years!
