Before you can think of getting a Rhyperior for yourself in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, you will need catch a Rhyhorn, or directly go for the middle-stage evolution, Rhydon. You will then need to evolve them into Rhyperior, as you cannot find wild Rhyperior in the game through any means.
Rhyhorn and Rhydon can be found in two of the five biomes in Pokemon Legends: Arceus – Crimson Mirelands and Coronet Highlands.
In Crimson Mirelands, you can find a Rhyhorn in Bolderoll Slope, Diamond Heath, and Shrouded Ruins; Rhydon can only be found in Bolderoll Slope.
In Coronet Highlands, you can get Rhyhorn and Rhydon both, in Celestica Trail and Sacred Plaza.
How to Evolve Rhyhorn and Rhydon into Rhyperior in Pokemon Legends: Arceus
Once you’ve used your master Pokemon catching skills and got yourself one of the two Pokemon from the Rhyhorn evolution line, it’s time to start working on getting yourself a Rhyperior.
If you’ve caught a Rhyhorn, then you’ll want to first train it up till it reaches Level 42, which is when you will be prompted to evolve it into a Rhydon. From there, there’s not much needed to be done, as evolving Rhydon into Rhyperior does not require any sort of grindy process like leveling it up or maxing out its friendship.
To evolve Rhydon in Rhyperior, simply use the Protector item on it, and voila! The Protector can be obtained from Ginter’s specials, and even as a random item found in Space-Time Distortions, but the simplest method to get a Protector would be buying it from the Trading Post in Jubilife City for a mere 1,400 Merit Points!
