What Does Make Your Choice Do in Dead by Daylight

Dead by Daylight Mobile is a survival horror asymmetric multiplayer online game with a unique one-versus-four game format, in which one player takes on the role of a savage killer and the other four play as survivors; the killer must catch each survivor and sacrifice them to a malevolent force known as the Entity by impaling them on hooks, while the survivors must avoid being caught and fix five generators to open the exit gates.

Survivors and killers each have the option to utilize up to four perks in their load-out, which gives their characters special abilities. Perks differ between survivors and killers; a survivor perk may not be used by killers, and vice-versa. Survivor perks include a burst of speed when running from the killer, the ability to self-heal without a first aid kit, and many more. Killer perks include seeing survivors’ auras, hindering their struggle time while being taken to a hook, and many more.

What is the Make Your Choice Perk in Dead by Daylight?

Make Your Choice is a Teachable Perk unique to The Pig, but can be unlocked for all the other Characters from Level 40 onwards.

Make Your Choice is a Perk which only activates if you attack the Survivor who rescued a hook victim if you were more than 32 meters away, after which point the Rescuer, and only the Rescuer, suffers from Exposed until the effect wears off.

You will not be able to identify which Survivor is actually Vulnerable unless you see the rescue occur, but the Perk icon will trigger a cooldown of 60 seconds when it activates (letting you know that someone is Exposed, and for how much longer).

However, since the perk will not activate if you are too close to the hooked victim when they are rescued, consider employing a wide patrol around the victim to try and catch this rescuer as they leave the area.
