You can get the Spirit Calling Bell and Lone Wolf Ashes in Elden Ring from an NPC called Renna the Witch, whom you can spawn in the early game.

You can use the Lone Wolf Ashes to summon three Wolfs to aid you in battle. Just make sure you have the following things in check –
- You have equipped the Lone Wolf or other Ashes
- You are in a Spirit Summoning zone
Once both conditions are satisfied, you can select the Lone Wolf or other equipped Ashes from the quick item menu and press the respective button or key to summon them using the Spirit Calling Bell.
