There are eleven items in the Closet, and their spawn is also random. So, even if you manage to merge and make a Closet, you have to be lucky to get the Toothpaste. If not, you have to make more Closets till you get Toothpaste. 

Once you have Toothpaste, merge them to make Soap.

You can make a Closet in Merge Mansion by combining the following items in order – 

• Screw + Bolt + Washer –> Handle
• Combine Handles to obtain Cabinet Doors
• Combine Cabinet Doors to make Closet
