The game offers a ton of content in the form of challenges, base building, arenas, dinosaurs to raise, and other similar things where players can invest a lot of time to become adept with the game.
But sometimes—for one reason or another—we often see players who want to Reset their game progress. However, they don’t know how to do that.
To help such players out, we prepared a handy guide talking about the Reset process in Jurassic World: The Game.
How to Reset Jurassic World: The Game
You can reset your progress in Jurassic World: The Game by creating a request to the Ludia Support Team using your Support Key.
Once the support team verifies your account, they move on with your request by resetting your game progress—deleting everything that you have mustered up till now, including the purchased items.
Now the question is, where can you find your Support Key? Without it, you won’t be able to create a request.
The Support Key is your Unique Game ID that you can find in-game in the Loading and Options menu. You can tap on the Gear icon below the player level to open the Options menu.
Here is a direct link to contact the Ludia support team.
That’s it. This is how you reset Jurassic World: The Game.
Jurassic World: The Game is currently available on Android and iOS platforms.
