What Are Surprise Guest Interactions in Obey Me!

When you have your own harem of Demon Ikeman, things can get spicy… and also a little challenging.

Obey Me! features a Surprise Guest gameplay element that is crucial to understand in order to bring the demon brothers down to their knees for you!

What Are Surprise Guest Interactions in Obey Me!

Surprise Guest interactions can happen through one of two ways: by random chance after a player completes a stage battle, or during certain times on the home screen when the speech bubble icon appears, and is then tapped by the player.

If a Surprise Guest interaction happens after a battle, the character that appears will always be one of the three represented by the Demon Cards the player battled with. If a Surprise Guest interaction happens through the home screen, the character that the player has set on their home screen will be the only surprise guest available for these interactions.

The purpose of Surprise Guest interactions is to raise the player’s intimacy score with the appearing character, which can easily be done by tapping the character in certain places or by giving the character presents. Each character has particular tastes in regards to both tapping techniques and items, which is why the same methods, techniques, and choices should not be employed with every character.

Surprise Guests can also give the player presents, as many as six per day, but the presents will only be given if the player has achieved heart reactions. The presents given will always be two each of: Raven x1, Grimm x1,000, and AP x10.
