In the past few months, Minecraft Pocket Edition has received several updates which add content and features that have been available in the original PC version for quite some time. Among the missing features of Minecraft Pocket Edition is Redstone, the Minecraft equivalent of electricity, which can be used to power up contraptions and more. We have known for a while that Redstone was coming to Minecraft Pocket Edition with the 0.13 update and now players all over the world are finally able to use it in Minecraft Pocket Edition.
The new Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.13 update also include some new types of doors, rabbits and new skins.
Here are the full list of additions of the new Minecraft Pocket Edition update.
Basic Redstone Circuits, including Redstone Wire, the first set of Redstone Producers (Daylight Sensors, Pressure Plates, Tripwire Hooks, and more), and the first set of Redstone Consumers (activator rails, note blocks, TNT, Trapdoors, and more). The rest of the Redstone functionality is right around the corner…stay tuned.
Desert Temples! But maybe stay off the roof…can’t say we didn’t warn you.
Keep zombies out with Spruce, Birch, Jungle, Acacia, and Dark Oak doors.
Cute fluffy crop-eating bunnies!
Biome Settlers Pack, with new skins from the Desert, Tundra & Forest.
Minecraft Pocket Edition is now available on the App Store in all regions.
