The first is farming from monsters. You need to get to a location called Clay Caves. This location has pink surroundings, as well as walls made of clay. In it, you will meet new mobs Worms. They can be small or large, and the large ones will cause more damage. And from these mobs, you can farm Fiber. Also throughout the location, you will find pulsating pods. Destroy them for guaranteed Fiber.

And the second way is to grow Fiber in your base. While exploring the Clay Caves you will be able to find a lot of Grub Kapok seeds. You need to plant these seeds and wait for them to grow. As a result, from each Grub Kapok seed, you can get one Fiber.
