To unlock Episode Adachi in Story Mode in Persona 4 Arena Ultimax you will need to play and complete Episode P4, the main story mode for the game. It does not matter which path you take during it, as simply completing it will be enough to unlock the new episode.

Episode Adachi is considerably shorter than the other two Episodes available in Persona 4 Arena Ultimax’s Story Mode, as it does not feature multiple paths, but it is still a very interesting episode to experience, as it provides more details on the Persona 4 villain and his role in the new story.
