Fire Emblem Heroes has changed a lot since its release back in 2017. Over time, many features have been added to the game, some changing how the game plays quite a bit.
Among the new features that have been added to the game after release is the Hall of Forms, a unique game mode that will put your tactical skills to the test. Here’s everything you need to know about it.
What is Hall of Forms in Fire Emblem Heroes
The Hall of Forms mode has been introduced in the game in version 3.10.0. This play mode tasks players with completing 20 different randomly generated stages using a pre-set team of Forma Units which changes depending on the current event.
What sets this mode apart from every other Fire Emblem Heroes play mode is the progression style. Each Forma unit gains experience points by defeating enemies, but without enjoying the bonuses granted by events and castle upgrades, and the first unit to kill an enemy will become eligible for Shaping, which makes it possible for the player to add a weapon, assist, passive skill, sacred skill or merge to the unit.
Additionally, completing all 20 stages in the Hall of Forms may not be done in a single sitting due to how the mode works. Entering each stage of the Hall of Forms costs 1 unit of stamina and the only way to refill is to either wait 24 hours, which will restore it by 3 units or use a Forma Torch, which fully restores it upon use. These items can be obtained by clearing certain stages during Hall of Forms event, so continue playing this mode to get them and avoid having to wait a full day to be able to play it again.
