The newest mainline entry in the Kirby franchise, Kirby and the Forgotten Land features a bunch of features and gameplay elements for players to explore and get better at. With over 30 stages, optional content, and a lot of secrets for the player to uncover, it is going to take you a fair bit of time if you want to complete the game.
How much time exactly? Well, it’s going to differ based on how you decide to play the game, and where you are going to invest your time into.
How Long Does it Take to Beat Kirby and the Forgotten Land?
If we are talking about beating the main game, then we’re only going to consider the main story of the game; the main story being all of the 30+ stages present in the game, till you reach the credits. Finishing all of the stages/levels in the main story of Kirby and the Forgotten Land alone should average to about 9 hours of gameplay.
While it should take you an average of 9 hours to finish the main game, if you were to tackle on extra content such as the Treasure Road stages and finding Waddle Dees in addition to the main story, it could take you anywhere between 11-15 hours of gameplay.
Now, if you wanted to 100% the game, finishing the main story, all optional/extra content, as well as find out all secret content such as hidden rooms, it could take you well up to 20 hours of gameplay.
That being said, if you were to rush any of this and not play at a casual pace, you can reduce gameplay times noticeably, up to 1-2 hours even.
