You can get Fingerprint Armor Set by defeating Vyke, knight of the Roundtable Hold. You can find him inside the Lord Contender’s Evergaol found west of the First Church of Marika Site of Grace.

Once you arrive at the Lord Contender’s Evergaol, interact with it to get summoned inside the Evergaol. There you will challenge Vyke. He is a relatively easy boss whom you can defeat without much effort. Just make sure you avoid his charged attacks as they deal big damage. 

After defeating Vyke, you will get Fingerprint Armor Set alongside Vyke’s Dragonbolt Incantation.
