To make three Special Essential Unmoving Oils in Genshin Impact, you need six Cor Lapis and six Frogs. Once you have the said items, you can go to any of the Alchemy Tables—you can find one at the Miner’s Camp in the Underground Mines area of The Chasm.

Interact with an Alchemy Table and select the Special Essential Unmoving Oils from the crafting menu. Make three units of the said oil to progress The Heavenly Stone’s Debris quest.
