May is here, and Niantic has revealed everything about Pokémon Go’s weekly Spotlight Hour for this month. In May, Pokemon GO trainers will encounter Wingull, Numel, Magikarp, and Seel more than usual in the wild.
As always, Trainers can activate an Incense to attract wild Pokemon to your location for a limited time. This will escalate the chances of the appearance of featured Pokemon by a significant rate.

The next Spotlight Hour will commence on May 3, 2022, and during this time frame, the spawn rate of Wingull will be increased. As a result, this Pokemon will appear more frequently between 6 PM-7 PM local time. Furthermore, players will be able to grasp Double Transfer Candy as part of the event bonuses.
Fortunately, Shiny Wingull is currently available in Pokemon Go, and players can catch it throughout the spotlight hour.
