The clan search menu can be found in the main game menu, which is located in the upper right corner of the screen. There you can search, create or view clans that have slots. You can join any clan for free or create a clan with up to 150 members using 100,000 gold to register.
The Clan option will only unlock after you completed the tutorial and are roughly above level 35 (give or take).
To join a clan in Diablo Immortal, you need to select the one you like from the list and click on Apply. After approval by the guild authorities, you will be included in it.
