- Restart Dead by Daylight.
- If you are on Xbox, go to Settings and clear your Persistent Storage. And try running DBD again
- Console players can also try to perform a power cycle by turning off their console, waiting for 30 seconds or more, and then turning it back.
- PC platform users can enable Steam Cloud Save, delete the Dead by Daylight game folder and download a fresh copy of the game.
- Mobile platform users can clear the game cache or re-download the game and try again.
