Blood Rose is one of the bosses in Diablo Immortal that players come across during the Blood Resurrection quest in the Lair of the Blood Rose sub-zone located in the Sanguine Ruins area. Defeating her is a daunting task as she has two phases with a series of AoE attacks — some that even drain the player’s HP while healing Blood Rose’s HP. How to Defeat the Blood Rose in Diablo Immortal

Blood Rose has two phases that you must know about to defeat her. In the first phase, Blood Rose unleashes a deadly stream of blood in a straight line that follows an arc-shaped path. She can also summon Dark Creepers, another monster who can overwhelm you with their attacks. Lastly, Blood Rose uses her tentacles to fire projectiles made out of the blood.

The above three attacks are what you have to avoid while dealing damage to Blood Rose. Keep in mind! You cannot put knockback status on Blood Rose as she is immune to it.

Once you have dealt enough damage to Blood Rose, she will enter her second phase after Lakrii’s offering. This phase is a little wild — so make sure you learn Blood Rose’s attack patterns correctly. When Blood Rose enters her second phase, the all-female cult, Bloodsworn, will attack the players while Blood Rose herself releases projectiles made out of blood in the air that, after a few seconds, land in a large AoE, which is pretty hard to avoid.

To avoid the attack, evade the small safe path that appears between their line of fire. If that is too much of a task, you can stick to the monsters to avoid their attacks. That aside, during the second phase, Blood Rose has access to the attacks from her first phase. So don’t be surprised about it. Stay out of the line of fire and attack only when you get an attack window.

Another thing that makes Blood Rose a tough boss is that she uses the Strangling Creeper attack over a large AoE. If you are hit by it, you will lose HP while increasing Blood Rose’s HP. So, when she uses this attack, you can do two things: run out of the AoE and wait till the attack is over, or deal long-range damage. Or, if you have DPS units in the team, you can tank the attacks and deal damage to her.
