Shockwave Grenades: Where to Find Them and How to Use Them
Shockwave Grenades are a non-lethal throwable item. They create a shockwave that launches away players, vehicles, and wildlife within the grenade radius. They can be aimed using an arc like any other grenade or throwable item, and then thrown. Anyone caught in the blast of the Shockwave Grenade will not suffer with fall damage but they can be harmed if propelled into the Storm.
Shockwave Grenades can be found as floor loot, in regular and Rare Chests, and in Supply Drops. They cannot be found in fishing holes. The Shockwave Grenades spawn in stacks of 2, and can be carried in the inventory in stacks of 6.
There is no cooldown between throws so players can throw as many Shockwave Grenades as they want. This is useful if trying to fling the opponent into the Storm as far as possible. They are also used to move quickly across the map by throwing it at your feet, moving forward, and jumping to create a bigger launch.

If you find you are boxed in by an opponent, Shockwave Grenades are particularly useful as a way to manoeuvre up through the structure, breaking walls and floors as you go.
