How to Unlock Every Bonus Cosmetic in Dead By Daylight Halloween Event

Dead By Daylight’s Halloween event will around until November 3rd 2022 and in that time players can unlock 12 amazing Halloween cosmetics for their characters. By interacting with the special event features, players can get 6 Survivor-related cosmetics and 6 Killer-related items. All Haunted By Daylight Bonus Cosmetics and How to Unlock Them

Players unlock each bonus cosmetic by playing matches of Dead By Daylight during the Halloween event Haunted By Daylight, and interacting with the features. This 2-week event has brought special event Generators and Hooks, as well as some spooky looking black holes floating about the map.

Players must transfer 30 Void Energy into Unstable Rifts in a match in order to unlock each bonus cosmetic. For Survivors, it is imperative that they also survive the match or it will not count. The Void Energy is gained in different ways, depending on who is playing:

• Killers gain Void Energy by
  • Downing Survivors who are carrying Void Energy
  • Hooking Survivors on Esoteric Hooks
  • Smashing Pumpkins
• Killers lose Void Energy by
  • Being stunned by a Survivor
• Survivors gain Void Energy by
  • Repairing Esoteric Generators
  • Stunning Killers who are carrying Void Energy
  • Smashing Pumpkins
• Survivors lose Void Energy by
  • Being downed (or pulled from Generators/out of Lockers/from Pallets)

Gain 15 Void Energy and transfer it to the nearest Unstable Rift, then gain 15 more and transfer that too. When you have transferred 30 Void Energy your Void Energy bar will just turn into a small orange circle to show as complete. Survivors must then escape the trial, while Killers have no other requirements.

When the player returns to their lobby they will see one of the cosmetics has randomly been unlocked and will be available in the character’s locker. If you do not own that character you will still own the cosmetic, but it will only be available when you purchase that particular Killer or Survivor.

The cosmetics available to unlock are glow-in-the-dark skeletal bone shirts for the Survivors, and candy-themed weaponry for the Killers. The lucky characters picked to gain these items are:
