Before we start, we need to preface this guide with a big disclaimer that crossplay cannot be disabled on all platforms. At the moment, it seems that only the PS5 version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II can disable crossplay, and this is due to an opt-out requirement by Sony.

In order to disable crossplay, simply go into the game’s settings and go to the Account & Network tab. You should see the option for crossplay under the online section, so simply turn it off to stop matchmaking from grabbing players from other platforms.
