Remy will ask you to help him prepare a recipe. But for this, you need to get a special ingredient. Therefore, you should contact Merlin to advise you to use Purified Night Shards. You can craft them with 1 Dream Shard and 5 Night Shards.
After you make three Purified Night Shards, you will need to crush them. To do this, go to Wall-E, and he will be happy to help you. Then head to Frozen Heights and get 15 Snowflakes.
