TMs are a quick and easy way to hone your battle strategies, as you don’t need to grind out levels to learn certain moves. Getting TM039 Low Sweep with List of Teachable Pokémon
TM039 teaches the Low Sweep move, which is a Fighting type physical attack move. Low Sweep has a base power of 65, base accuracy of 100%, and lowers its target’s speed stat by one stage.
Before you can craft TM039 at the TM Machine, you’ll need to find it first. You must explore a small zone in the West Province, between Area One and Cascarrafa. We’ll mark the exact spot on the map for your convenience.

You’ll find yourself in the middle of some ruins with a giant tower in the center. There’s a ladder on the side of the tower, so climb it all the way up to the top to find the yellow Poké Ball containing TM039!
TM039 is good for teaching one Pokémon Low Sweep. If you want to teach more Pokémon, you’ll need to craft it at the TM Machines located at every Pokémon Center. To craft TM039, the following materials are required:
