The Power Gem, aka TM101, is an ability player can unlock and use in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. When used, the user attacks with a ray of light that sparkles as if made with gemstones. How To Get Power Gem in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

You can get the Power Gem code name TM101 in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet from the overworld or by unlocking it as one of the craftable TMs at the TM Machine. 

To unlock TM101 Power Gem in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you must find and defeat the Team Star Fairy Crew. You will find them in the North Province (Area 3) via Glaseado Mountain. 

Once you have the Power Gem unlocked, you can visit any TM Machine and use the following items to craft it:

• 8000 LP (League Points)
• Mareep Wool x3
• Sableye Gem x3
• Spoink Pearl x3

Apart from that, you will find the TM101 Power Gem on the ground underneath a scaffolding in the East Province (Area 3). 

Another Power Gem is found inside a cave located north of Dalizapa Passage.
