Technical Machines, or TMs, are data discs that can bestow new moves upon your Pokémon in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. TMs are a quick and easy way to hone your battle strategies, as you don’t need to grind out levels to learn certain moves. Today, we’ll show you how to get Bulk Up (TM064) in Scarlet & Violet and the Pokémon that learn it.

Getting Bulk Up (TM064) with List of Teachable Pokémon

TM064 teaches the move Bulk Up, which increases the user’s attack and defense stats by one stage at the same time. It’s useful for making your Pokémon tougher as the battle goes on.

Before you can craft TM064 at the TM Machine, you’ll need to find it first. There are two Bulk Up TMs that can be found in Paldea: One in the South Province, and the other in the Glaseado Mountains. Here are the exact locations.

This is the first location you can find TM064.

For the first location, you’ll want to head to the Secluded Beach fast travel point. From there, head north and follow the coastline until you get to the part where the river meets the ocean. You should see a massive waterfall, and TM064 is right next to it.

This is the second location you can find TM064.

For the second location, you’ll want to fly to the Glaseado Gym. From there, head southeast until you get to the point listed in the screenshot above. You should see TM064 sitting near the edge of a cliff.

TM064 is good for teaching one Pokémon Bulk Up. If you want to teach more Pokémon, you’ll need to craft additional TMs at the TM Machines located at every Pokémon Center. To craft TM064, the following materials are required:

Makuhita Sweat x 3
Axew Scales x 3
