In Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, players can obtain Technical Machines (TM), a type of data disc that help Pokemon learn new moves. TMs are a quick and easy way to learn a new move without too much grinding or waiting. Earth Power is one of these useful Technical Machines. Obtaining Earth Power TM 133 in Scarlet and Violet

TM133 teaches a Pokemon the move Earth Power. Earth Power is a Ground type move with ok power and great accuracy. The Pokemon using Earth Power has 10% chance to reduce the opponents Special Defense by 1 stages. Here are the stats for Earth Power:

Earth Power TM 133 in Glaseado Mountain in North Province Area One (via Pokemon)

Earth Power can be unlocked after beating Team Star Fighting Crew. It is also found at the foot of Glaseado Mountain in North Province Area One, or in the Asado Desert in the North Section. It can be crafted using the following: 10000 LP, Silicobra x 5, Shellos Mucus x 3, Barboach Slime x 3.

The move is super effective (x2) on Fire, Electric, Poison, Rock, and Steel type Pokemon. It has an average effect (x0.5) on Grass, and Bug type Pokemon. It has zero effect on Flying types.
