Obtaining Rock Blast TM 076 in Scarlet and Violet

TM076 teaches a Pokemon the move Rock Blast. Rock Blast is a Rock type move with relatively low power but multiple shots, and good accuracy. The Pokemon using Rock Blast attacks between 2 to 5 times consecutively. There is a 37.5% chance of 2 hits, and the same for 3 hits. There is a 12.5% chance of 4 or 5 hits. Rock Blast can be unlocked after beating Team Star Fire Crew. It is found at the foot of a cliff in the South Province center in Area One. Rock Blast can be crafted using the following: 3000 LP, Chewtle Claw x3, and Nacli Salt x3.

The move is super effective (x2) on Fire, Ice, Flying, and Bug type Pokemon. It has an average effect (x0.5) on Fighting, Ground, Steel type Pokemon. Rock Blast is available by default on Garganaci, while other Pokemon must either level up or learn via TM.
