Obtaining Electro Ball TM 072 in Scarlet and Violet

TM072 teaches a Pokemon the move Electro Ball. Electro Ball is an Electric type move that deals no damage but instead has an effect on damage dealt. The move increases damage based on the difference in Speed between the player and the opponent. The base power increases if the opponent’s speed is lower.

Electro Ball is unlocked after beating Team Star Fairy Crew. It is also found in a corner of the base of Glaseado Mountain, or at the South Province Area Two Watchtower which is north west of South Province Area Two Pokemon Center.

Electro Ball can also be crafted using the following: 5000 LP, Voltorb Sparks x3, Pachirisu Fur x3, and Tadbulb Mucus x3.

The move is super effective (x2) on Water and Flying type Pokemon. It has an average effect (x0.5) on Grass and Dragon type Pokemon, but zero effect on Ground types.
