Merging Accounts in Fortnite

Epic Games added cross-play to Fortnite in the early seasons of Chapter 1. At this point players were able to play with other gamers across all platforms, and this is still what happens today. This is also when account merging became possible. Players who had a Fortnite account on console and another on PC could combine the two and have all their cosmetics and progress in one Epic account.

Unfortunately for those players who missed out one this period of time, this is no longer an option. Merging accounts is not available for any player now, and Epic Games have explained that Player Assist agents are not able to help with this either.

The only options available to players is to connect an Epic account with third-party accounts via Account Connections at Epic Games. This does not merge two different accounts but connects third-party accounts such as Steam, Nintendo, Playstation, and Twitch to the Epic Games account.
