Shiny Pokémon are color-patterned variations of a Pokémon. Collectors value them for their rarity and one-of-a-kind appearance. Shiny Pokémon have a different color palette than regular Pokémon, and they are typically brighter and more brilliant. Shiny Normal Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet can be obtained by encountering or breeding them in the wild. Shiny Pokémon are uncommon in general.
