Getting more survivors in Frozen City

You’ll start Frozen City with about four survivors. As your city grows, you’ll need more manpower to fill all the jobs up, so you have to start attracting more survivors.

During the early days of your city, your survivors will clue you in on things that your city needs. The most important thing is a safe and warm place for your survivors to rest, so you’ll have to build some dorms.

Every dorm starts with two beds, which means your dorms can only hold two survivors at level 1. New survivors will only come to your city if you can provide them with a warm bed, naturally.

To attract more survivors to your city, you’ll need to build more beds in your dorms. Tap on your dorm, then tap on the upgrade button next to the bed category. Once you hit the next level threshold, you’ll build a new bed, and another survivor will move in shortly.

Once you’ve got a new survivor, make sure you assign them to a job. The more survivors you have in your city, the more resources you’ll expend over time, so you’ll have to compensate for the increased resource consumption.
