As soon as you enter the Rasitakiwak Shrine, keep heading straight. Right across the central square, you will find a platform you can reach using your Ascend ability. Afterward, you can use the Flying Machine to get inside the locked square from the top.
When you are inside, use the Ultrahand ability to attach different weapons to your makeshift ground vehicle found inside the square. Once you are done, stand on the elevated slab to open the locked door.
After that, climb up the vehicle and use it to kill all Constructs. Once you are done, the gate to the room holding the Shrine Statue and a Treasure Chest will open up.
Head inside, open the Treasure Chest to obtain the Magic Rod weapon, and then interact with the shrine engram to receive the Light of Blessing, marking the completion of the Rasitakiwak Shrine.
