Whenever you complete a shrine, you are rewarded with a Light of Blessing. Four Lights of Blessing can be converted into either a Heart Container or Stamina Vessel, increasing your maximum health and stamina respectively.
To convert your Lights of Blessing, you must visit a Goddess Statue. The first one you encounter is inside the Temple of Time on the Great Sky Island, but that one is a bit of a hassle to get to on repeat trips.
