You can get the Cube Gun in Remnant 2 by defeating the Labyrinth Sentinel boss in the Labyrinth world that you can access by completing any of the below worlds by defeating its world boss:

• Yaesha
• Losomn 
• N’Erud

Once you defeat the Labyrinth Sentinel, he will drop a crafting material called Conflux Prism. Take it to McCabe in Ward 13, talk to her, and select the crafting dialogue option. 

After that, you can select and craft the Cube Gun, granted you have the other required materials: Lumenite Crystal (7) and Scrap (650).
