How to Change Dice in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3)
In Baldur’s Gate 3, you can change dice by clicking on the blue hexagon icon on the bottom left side of the dice rolling screen. Once you do that, a pop window opens with the list of die with different designs you can choose from. You can click on the dice design that you want to use, and that’s it.

Remember that the dice design in Baldur’s Gate 3 doesn’t affect your rolls. It is for cosmetic purposes only, and you can switch between only a few dice options depending on which edition of the game you own.

- Keep progressing until the dice rolling screen appears (Interacting with NPCs, environment, etc., will trigger it)

How to Get More Dice Design in Baldur’s Gate 3
Sadly, you cannot officially get more dice designs in Baldur’s Gate 3 other than those you own from purchasing the Digital Deluxe, the Collector’s Edition, or by linking your Larian account with Steam or GOG.
