It’s time to turn the tides of war and unite all in Grancrest War: Quartet Conflict, a new action RPG based on the hit anime series by Ryo Mizuno. Mow down hordes of enemies with powerful skills, and use the “Quartet” system to switch between heroes in the middle of combos for devastating attacks!
You can even call down all of your heroes at once for the ultimate beatdown! Our Grancrest War: Quartet Conflict cheats and tips will show you how to master the battle system, and how to find more heroes.
Grancrest War: Quartet Conflict is similar to other gacha-style Japanese mobile RPGs, so be prepared! Let’s get started with our Grancrest War: Quartet Conflict cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!
Bring the right heroes for the job!
Each hero falls into one of three categories: Power, Will, and Intelligence. Power beats intelligence, intelligence beats will, and will beats power. If you have a type advantage, your hero will do increased damage while taking reduced damage from the ineffective type! That’s why it’s important to consider your heroes’ typing before you head into battle. You can tell what type an enemy is by their color.
Master the Switchover combo!
Switchover combos are very powerful, and because they recharge fairly quickly there is no reason to hang onto them – you should be using them at every opportunity you get! When a character’s portrait lights up, their switchover skill is ready to use.
You can also combo into normal attacks by attacking twice, then switching over. The new hero’s 3rd attack will do increased damage, making it very helpful for clearing out large groups of enemies!
In addition to being good area attacks, switchover skills also sometimes carry additional benefits. For example, heroes may be able to cleanse status ailments upon entering the battlefield through a switchover combo. Read up on your favorite heroes to see if their switchover skills have any special properties!
Try the event quests for stones and ingots!
Every day, a new upgrade event level opens. Here, you can get lots of upgrades stones and weapon ingots to improve your weapons. The stones and weapon ingots you get depends on the day, so make sure to check back every day to see what you can get. Monday features power stones, Tuesday has will stones, Wednesday has intelligence stones, then it loops.
Play the event quests first!
There are currently two event quests up for the game’s launch, and they’re both limited time. You can get a number of helpful rewards from completing these quests, and since they’re time limited, try to get to these first.
For the “Crossroads” event, if you use specific heroes (as seen at the bottom of the event’s info page) you will receive additional bonuses, so make sure to include those heroes!
Complete all the side objectives!
As par the course for gacha styled game, Grancrest War’s levels have three side objectives you can complete. Each side objective is worth 5 crests, the premium currency you need to summon new heroes. Completing all three is imperative to being able to summon a decent amount of times, so make sure you read up on the objectives and do your best to complete them.
Some objectives, like beating the level under a certain amount of time, might prove to be too difficult on your first run through. It’s OK to come back later when your heroes are upgraded.
