If you’re dreaming to run your own hospital, your wishes come true in Dream Hospital, the latest hospital management game for mobile. And we’re here to help you do better by sharing a bunch of Dream Hospital cheats and tips in our complete strategy guide.
The game is very similar to the relatively recently released computer game Two Point Hospital – but in the end, all games in this genre are similar. This one is slower paced as money isn’t easy to make and requires some time invested (or money if you want to speed things up considerably), but it’s still highly enjoyable as a free to play title.
And we’ll make everything even better by sharing our Dream Hospital tips and tricks in today’s article, so let’s get this started!
Produce the goodies in advance
There are tons of goodies and items that you can produce in Dream Hospital and you unlock more as time goes by. Make sure to always produce these items, trying to optimize your time as much as possible: work on the items that take a lot of time when you leave the game and focus on the ones that take less to be produced when you are in the game.
Ideally, aim to have a few of each product at all times, especially the higher value / more advanced ones which are difficult to make and would really get you stuck if they were required and you didn’t have them on hand.
Watch ads for premium currency
There are heaps of ways for you to truly enjoy the game as a free to play title and even though progress will be slower than it would if you paid with real life money, it’s free!
For example, you should always take advantage of the option to watch ads for some premium currency. That is used in many areas of the game, including extremely useful slot unlocks in various buildings, which are extremely helpful and must haves in the long run.
So don’t waste your premium currency on speeding things up and instead save them up and use them as long term investments for items that really matter, like slot expansions.

Buy all available rooms, then upgrade and equip them
If there’s a room type available in the game, you must purchase it as otherwise, without it, things will not go that well.
But there’s even more: you should also upgrade all the rooms that you buy and make sure that you have them at the maximum level, then equip items to them in order to give your staff a boost and cure more patients to progress faster.
Buy items for your staff
Your staff can also benefit from items that help them deal with the hospital life: boosts and other items can be equipped and used and you should make sure to have as many as possible.
These are usually consumables – and pretty expensive ones – so don’t make them a priority, but when you have the money don’t hesitate to invest in some to speed things up a bit. Also make sure to visit the Medical Store and check out the Daily goods button for some potentially useful items that change on a daily basis.
Keep an eye on the missions
Especially the daily missions, which you should complete in full each day. Doing so will reward you with a Super Box, which gives you equipment for your staff and rooms.
Not to mention the fact that each mission comes with its set of rewards as well, filling your coffers and making it easier for you to build up the hospital of your dreams.
Keep your patients happy
Keeping your patients happy is very important, because unhappy patients will leave and lower your reputation but, most importantly, they won’t generate any revenue.
In order to keep your patients happy, rush them through the rooms when it’s possible (by tapping and speeding them up), but also make sure to have all sorts of props around, from benches to flowers, to vending machines and toilets.
Customizations are purely cosmetic
There are a ton of ways for you to customize and personalize your hospital, but you shouldn’t focus on that for a long time. These items are usually extremely expensive and give you absolutely no benefits.
Instead, use those small fortunes required to change the color of your walls to buy or upgrade rooms, get new equipment and invest in long term, useful things. Only when you have a surplus you should work on making that place really your own.
How to get more Blueprints
Blueprints are an extremely important element in Dream Hospital, as they allow you to upgrade rooms and unlock a lot of useful stuff. However, they are difficult to get.
Apart from the obvious places to get them (like the boxes and missions rewards), you can also get some blueprints for free – up to 8 per day – by watching ads in the Medical Store.
Simply go to that building, enter it and tap the “Daily” button near your production queue. There, you will see the option to watch ads for Blueprints. Take advantage of this because you will need a lot of them in the long run and it’s never too early to stock up!
Unlock extra slots in the warehouse
One of the first things you should spend your diamonds on early in the game is the warehouse. Unlocking new slots there, actually, in order to be able to store as many different things as possible. You might not have a lot of variety when you start the game, but as you will unlock more buildings and more items, you will run out of space pretty fast.
So start by getting 2-3 extra slots ASAP and then keep an eye on it and unlock new ones when required.
Keep playing to unlock new content
Apart from building the most awesome hospital that you have ever seen, progressing through the levels also unlocks a ton of new and exciting stuff.
Although each new building that you unlock adds a new layer of challenge to the game, they’re all fun and totally worth playing for – so make sure that you log in daily, you are active and do your best to level up ASAP. All those unlockables are waiting with new items and new gameplay mechanics!
