Beach Buggy Racing 2 is the perfect competitive game to get your racing spirits going, so we have lots of tips for leveling up, power ups, and just driving in general! Let’s get started with our Beach Buggy Racing 2 cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!

Don’t let chests go to waste!

Whenever you place 3rd or higher on a race, you will earn a loot chest for your troubles. These chests contain a random assortment of power up cards, so this is the main way to level up your driver.

These chests can take up to several hours to open, so you want to start opening them right away. Do note that you can only hold up to four chests at a time, and any more chests you receive will be automatically tossed, so be careful!

Activate the Star Tiki for lots of goodies!

Once every day, you may offer up stars to the Star Tiki to receive a big chest full of power up cards. You must offer ten stars to the Star Tiki in order to activate it. You earn three stars if you place first, two stars if you place second, and one star if you place third.

The Star Tiki is one of the best way to earn new power up cards right away, so make sure that you are offering it stars every day!

Keep a shield ready at all times!

You can carry two items with you at any given time. You should have one offensive weapon, and your other slot should be designated for a defensive power up of some kind, mainly the Shield. The Shield will protect you from 95% of the offensive power ups in this game, so it is very important for helping you maintain the lead!

Remember: your Shield power up does not last forever, and just starting out it can only block one hit. You will need some good timing to make the most out of it!

Play with sound on!

We highly recommend playing Beach Buggy Racing 2 with the sound on, as there are no visual cues for a lot of the stuff that can happen on screen. For example, the only way to know if a Tiki Seeker is about to hit you from behind is to listen for that unmistakable hissing noise it makes as it soars through the air.

Use your special ability at the right time!

Each driver has their own special ability that can only be used once per race. These special abilities can really make the race if used properly, so knowing when to use yours is key! For example, Beach Bro’s special “Ball Blaster” unleashes a torrent of beach balls around him.

If an opponent hits one of them, they will bounce into the sky as if they hit a Spring. Using this in really tight corridors so that the balls bounce everywhere is a really good idea!

That’s all for Beach Buggy Racing 2! If you have any other tips or tricks to share, let us know in the comments below!
