In today’s article we are going to cover all of the Echo of Phantoms tips and cheats that will help you become more powerful and will help you increase your character’s power, as well as help you level up.
In this game you can play as a mystical and beautiful character, created in the typical Asian style, with beautiful traditional clothing, as well as catchy skills and unique companions. If this has not impressed you, then for sure the graphics have, because the cute yet not overly detailed 3D graphics mimic every move of the character – and let’s not forget about the cool loading screen art!
But enough with the praising of the game now – you’re here for the Echo of Phantoms tips and tricks, so let’s not waste another second and get right into them!
Choose your starting class according to what your play style is like
When you start the game you can choose a starting class, which will be your very first character in the game. The classes you can pick between are:
– Dragonist (damage dealer, a little difficult)
– Mohist (supporter, very difficult)
– Gui Gu (damage dealer, debuffer, supporter, medium difficulty)
– Starry (damage dealer, very easy difficulty)
– Tian Shu (crowd control, a little support, very difficult)
– Shen Nong (healer, supporter, easy difficulty)
All of these classes have different traits, some of them leaning more towards the support side, while others are more into damage. Also, all of these factions have a certain difficulty, so if you are a new player, I suggest that you go for something that is relatively easy to play and won’t give you a headache trying to figure it out.
I suggest that if you want something easy to play, go for the Starry or Shen Nong, because they won’t disappoint. The Starry is what I went for, because it is basically the mage, so I usually play DPS mages wherever I have the chance.
So far it’s proven to be very effective, and if you want an easy class, go for it. If you want to go for the Tian Shu or another high difficulty class, it’s going to be a little more different because you can’t always rely on the auto play, because it might not cast the skills at the right time.
Join a team whenever a quest doesn’t require you to be solo
Some quests might not be able to be completed unless you are solo (without a team), but generally the game promotes you joining a team and playing together with other players. It’s better to always be in a party in my opinion because when you go into various dungeons you will better benefit from being in a team.
When you are fighting, tap on the skill you want to use
Depending on who you are fighting against, you and your team might benefit better from damage skills – AoE or single target, or from support skills. You will see on the bottom right side of the screen next to each skill a small text above them, saying what each skill does.
Always use the one which works best according to the situation:
– if you are fighting against a single enemy, use a single target skill.
– if you are fighting against multiple enemies, use AoE skills.
– if your team needs healing, or if the enemy does a lot of damage, use support skills.
Really, you should try out all the different skills you have and if you are not yet sure what they do, just tap and hold on the skill and learn what it does.
Always keep an eye on your skills and make upgrades
Don’t forget to always take a look at the skills that you have, and whenever you can, level them up as much as possible. You can upgrade the skills to the level equivalent to your own, so for example if you are level 21, your skills’ max level will be 21. If you are level 50, your skills’ max level will be 50.
Always allocate the points whenever you level up, and whenever a new Skill Token becomes available, don’t forget to allocate that because they will increase your CP!
Check your daily goals and try to complete as many as you can
In the menu, you can check the Goal menu and you will see that the goals are split by days. Always try to complete as many goals as you can, because they are not that difficult. They vary from having correct rewards to the quiz, to adding friends and other such tasks.
I suggest that you complete them because the rewards will be very useful – especially the Summon Scrolls.
Keep your bag organized
I suggest that you always keep your bag organized as much as possible, because it will get messy and it’s better to open all the chests you get as soon as you get them, because some rewards will help you more if used in the early game.
Try to complete the main quest as much as possible
The main quest is very important because the EXP you get from it is pretty massive. I suggest that you try and complete and advance as much as possible, because it will help you quite a lot. Also, when you can’t advance more with the main quest, try to level up by completing dungeons and join events.
Other Echo of Phantoms tips and tricks:
– When you complete some dungeons which give you various rewards, don’t forget to open one of the chests for some extra rewards!
– Always keep an eye on the in game events, because they are time limited and can give some super useful rewards.
– Whenever you have enough Beads, upgrade your Pet because it will help you when you fight. Different pets require different color beads, so try to keep them all upgraded as much as you can afford (with the beads you have).
– Upgrade your gear when you have enough gold, because every little Score increase will benefit your character in all the matches.
