MU Origin 2 is of course a spinoff from the PC-based MU Online. It gathers together all the iconic MU gameplay mechanics, lore, and characters, then adds some impressive visual upgrades and up-to-date gameplay refinements.

One of the coolest additions is the new costume ability which allows you to change the look of your character’s weapon, wings, and outfit. It’s a neat improvement that really lets you personalise your favourite heroes.

Then there’s the all-new Guild Sacred Creatures. There are four in total, and you’ll be able to collect them all by levelling up your guild. They supply stat buffs to all members of the guild, so they’re definitely worth having around.

There are two new Mount skins to try out called Xanthos and Balios, and you’ll also be able to collect two special Guardian pets: Eagle Fairy and the Shadow of Utter Darkness. The floor cap on the Infinite Tower has been lifted to 120, meaning even more rewards and challenges are in store for you.

Topping it off are the new elite bosses and field monsters. The elite bosses are called Captain Kraken and Cerupan, and the new maps are called La Cleon and the Swamp of Peace. They’re all distinct, bringing some fresh visuals designs to MU.

If you’re yet to delve into the epic fantasy world of MU Origin 2, simply head for the App Store or Google Play to download it for free.
